Originally from Argentina, Teo comes from a lineage of educators and legislators that supported youth development in his country. Embracing those values, he made being of service to the next generation his life purpose. After three years in the army, Teo became a renowned adventurer and created outdoor experiences that helped kids and families gain a sense of confidence and accomplishment. Once in California, Teo spent 4 years under the mentorship of Master Coach and author Larry Pinci and he later received his certification as Life Strategies Coach from the Spencer Institute in Orange County.

He is currently a children’s court advocate, a licensed foster father, a mentor and a life coach for adolescents, and conducts group dynamics in schools throughout the US. Teo is also part of a leadership team giving personal development seminars around the world. He is the founder of Teen Re-Evolution LLC, and founder & chairman of Spring of Evolution, Inc., a California nonprofit organization. Teo has been working with kids and their families since 1996.
